I go through phases where I am addicted to certain songs. Right now, I'm obsessed with two songs. "This Town" is one of them. I am not sure why this song speaks to me so much because all my of friends have been married for a very long time, nor would they be considered kids (for the most part, their kids are entering middle school).

Perhaps its because I just want to get away and the ocean would be an amazing restorative experience to have. The sound of the waves crashing and the seagulls crying has always been able to relax me and melt the stress away. When I am sad or depressed, I drive... I get on the highway and just drive. Perhaps, my body is wanting to go for a drive but I can't because I have so many responsibilities. So many things to do. And lets not get started on having someone to share it with... unless you count my dog. Anyway... here are the lyrics.
